The Carolina Panthers have acquired Laviska Shenault in a trade with the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Carolina sent Jacksonville a 2023 seventh-round pick and a 2024 sixth-rounder for Shenault, according to a source.

Shenault carries a $1,309,643 cap hit in 2022 and $1,659,464 hit in '23.

The Philadelphia Eagles have traded J.J. Arcega-Whiteside to the Seattle Seahawks for Ugo Amadi, according to sources.

A second-round pick out of Stanford in 2019, Arcega-Whiteside has struggled in his three seasons with the Eagles. The wide receiver has just 16 receptions in his career.

Amadi mostly played nickel in three seasons in Seattle after being drafted in the fourth round in 2019.
